Items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses Word-wide. Shipments to countries not yet listed, please contact us via our form or by e-mail.

All deliveries will be carried out by Australian postal service or International courier services.
National delivery times will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it generally is 2-6 working days, very remote areas please allow one additional week .
For overseas destinations, delivery times are generally around 7-14 days for metro areas of major cities.
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-2 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on Weekends.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery time please contact us for assistance of tracking using the form supplied at the bottom of the page
6. Damaged Items in Transport
Affordable Kind Craft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Please also report the incident to us so we can follow it up from our end.
