The Daiwabo/Handworks Calm Collection from original Daiwabo designer Junko Matsuda is breathtakingly beautiful. Made with a blend of cotton (85%) and linen (15%) they have a rich depth of colour and are just slightly heavier than customary sheeting. This taupe collection coordinates wonderfully with other taupe fabrics.

Daiwabo has been known for many years as an exceptional textile mill producing well-made and sought-after Japanese Taupe yarn dyes and printed fabric. Sometime in 2018, Daiwabo sold off it’s quilting textiles division . They are now being produced under the name Handworks. Many of original designers of Daiwabo are still at work bringing new fabrics to us.
